the cherry trees blossom

Big deal in Japan. Not much else on the stupid TV shows for the week they do, and the two weeks before.
I was told that it wasn’t the cherries that were blossoming. After some meticulous research, I can report that it is, indeed, a fact that it is actually the trees that blossom. In fact, they blossom so hard there are no cherries
